I know this is not a 5 star hotel but the room was not as presented on their web site , there was a big stain on the carpet and part of the carpet was tape down to to the floor with duct tape, they had a portable AC set up by the window .

It was very dirty falling apart. False advertisement of private beach. Resort fee of $25 is disgusting considering the place should be remodeled or red tagged. We did not stay we got a refund!
