Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Starting 1 February 2017, the property will only provide maid service every other day to all stay overs, but they have the choice to offer daily service if the guest requests it at check-in. For reservations that are one night only, the entire stay will be charged. For reservations longer than one night, the first night stay will be charged to pre-authorize the credit card. Cancelation fees apply when reservation is canceled within the 48 hours policy. Cancelation is first night penalty. Customers can cancel or modify only if the reservation is outside the 48 hours policy. If the reservation is obtained through a discounted rate (any promo) then there is no cancelation, only modification.
